Rapidbott is a cloud chatbot platform for businesses, agencies, and teams building conversational bots for marketing, support, lead capture, and commerce. Its visual flow builder supports omnichannel deployment, AI integrations including OpenAI and Dialogflow, live chat, centralized inbox management, human-agent notifications, broadcasting, ecommerce ordering, payments, APIs, and inbound webhooks. The product is suited to solo operators through enterprise teams that need bots connected to customer conversations and business workflows.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Sandbox Plan is free forever and includes 1 bot, 200 bot contacts, 1 team member, 3 channels, unlimited conversations, and basic features after the trial. Pro costs $49 per month and adds an ecommerce store, omnichannel access, unlimited automations, unlimited conversations, and essential integrations. Pro Plus costs $99 per month and adds 10,000 contacts, priority support, voice and SMS channels, and removal of Rapidbott branding on web. Business costs $199 per month and includes 5 bots, free WhatsApp API onboarding, a dedicated success manager, and a bot-building service.
