QuickSchools is a browser-based school management system for schools and educational organizations that need one place for student and teacher records, attendance, grading, admissions, fee tracking, scheduling, and communication. It suits budget-conscious schools seeking a broad administrative foundation with online access. The system also supports parent and student portals, homework sharing, report cards, and email, text, and voice messaging.
Pricing is structured by student and billed monthly. Gaia costs $0.99 per student per month and includes student and teacher tracking, attendance, admissions, school fee tracking, and unlimited users. Apollo costs $1.49 and adds a Parent Portal with online payments, a Student Portal, parent messaging, homework, and Report Card/Gradebook features. Athena costs $2.99 and adds automated scheduling, lesson plans, a Report Creator, sports tracking, and after-school activities. Enterprise offers special pricing for schools with more than 300 students and includes all listed features. A 30-day free trial is available, and the pricing page states a minimum charge for 30 students per school.
QuickSchools connects with Google Calendar, Canvas, Schoology, QuickBooks Online, and Wufoo Forms, giving schools options for calendars, learning platforms, accounting, forms, and reporting workflows. Its attendance tools support homeroom, period, or subject tracking, while customizable grading criteria, schedules, reports, and workflows support different school processes. The main trade-off is platform scope: QuickSchools is available on the web, and transport management is not included. Schools that need browser-based administration across core school operations should consider it; schools requiring transport features or broader platform coverage should look elsewhere.
