QuickCoach is coaching software for personal trainers and fitness professionals, with additional support for nutrition, physiotherapy, chiropractic, running, and other coaching practices. It combines reusable workout and coaching programs with task assignments, client apps, check-ins, surveys, feedback, progress history, habit tracking, and nutrition logging. Coaches can work across web, iOS, and Android, while clients receive mobile and web access. The Free plan supports up to 20 active clients, and Pro supports unlimited clients.
Its strongest fit is structured accountability. Programs can be edited and reused, while the task library covers exercises, recipes, habits, videos, voice notes, and images. Clients can submit check-ins, track habits, log food, and share results through comments and feedback. Training Insights adds completion, streak, and activity data, and notifications help surface client and coach activity. These features make QuickCoach suitable for coaches whose service depends on recurring check-ins and visible progress rather than only sending workout plans.
The pricing structure gives smaller practices a way to start without a subscription: Free includes unlimited programs and tasks plus client mobile and web apps. Pro costs $39 per month or $390 per year, with the annual option equivalent to $32.50 per month. Pro adds unlimited clients, a branded client app, nutrition and habit tracking, push notifications, Training Insights, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is also available. QuickCoach should suit coaches who value branded delivery and detailed accountability workflows; practices seeking built-in messaging, payment collection, or integrations should consider a platform with those capabilities.
