Questionful is a browser-based form builder for forms, surveys, quizzes and lead-generation forms. It suits people who need answer-based routing or scored quizzes alongside basic contact tracking, rather than a form tool focused only on collecting straightforward responses. Forms can start from a blank page, a template or an AI-generated draft, and can be shared by public link, email or website embed.
The free plan includes unlimited forms, up to 100 responses per month, sections, branching and automatic quiz scoring. Standard costs $21.99 per month or $219.99 per year, and adds unlimited responses, respondent file uploads, 2 GB of storage and AI form generation. Teams costs $56.99 per month or $565.99 per year, with shared workspaces, three people included and 5 GB of storage. Enterprise has custom seats, storage and contract terms, plus security review, guided onboarding and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available. The paid plans make sense when response limits or team collaboration become constraints; the free tier is a useful starting point for lower-volume forms.
