Query Streams is a data integration and query platform for analysts and teams that need live SQL access across databases, APIs and spreadsheets. It supports federated queries across multiple databases, represents API endpoints as queryable SQL tables, and delivers results through Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, REST endpoints and MCP clients. The hybrid deployment model works across web, Windows, macOS, Linux and API access, while the outbound-only Network Agent connects on-premises or cloud sources without inbound ports or VPN requirements.

Pricing is structured around a free plan and three paid tiers. Free is available forever and includes MCP, REST API and federated queries without requiring a credit card. Personal Core costs $15 per month and adds a 25 MB/month data allowance, Query Manager and streaming exports. Personal Plus costs $30 per month and adds 90 MCP requests per minute, a second Network Agent, dynamic filters and query sharing. Business Core costs $50 per month and includes Nova AI plus business-tier reporting and automation. A 30-day free trial is also available.

The strongest fit is for teams that want connector-rich federation without adopting a broader enterprise data-virtualization platform. The product includes 38 database connectors and 8 API connectors, with integrations such as Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, Google Ads, Slack, Discord, Airtable and more. Saved queries, schema-aware editing, database REST endpoints, alerts and scheduled automations extend the platform beyond ad hoc analysis. Query Streams is less suited to organizations that require a formal semantic modeling layer or a wider enterprise virtualization scope; those teams should consider a platform built around those needs instead.
