PTC Arena is a cloud-native product lifecycle management and quality management platform for high-tech product companies, manufacturers, and regulated organizations. It centralizes items, bills of materials, documents, revisions, engineering changes, requirements, quality processes, and supply-chain collaboration. The platform is aimed at distributed product teams that need controlled product records, configurable workflows, and cloud access across internal and supplier-facing work.
The published plans begin with a Free Trial covering BOM management, change management, document management, self-guided support, and no credit card required. Launch adds Supply Chain Intelligence, supply-chain collaboration, Arena AI, analytics, the Arena Developer Platform, and three active workflows. Enterprise adds requirements management, 3D CAD visualization, Enterprise SCI, quality management, supplier quality management, and Arena Connect Workflow Builder.
