Our verdict on PTA Events
PTA Events is a web-based fundraising and management platform for PTAs and school fundraising groups. It provides a branded website for selling event tickets, fundraising products, uniforms, and accepting donations. Organisers can also run prize draws, raffles, standard and blind auctions, recruit volunteers, capture attendee information, manage time-slot bookings, and communicate with families, committees, volunteers, and members. Its reporting covers financial, sales, event, and order activity, making it suited to small PTAs that combine fundraising with event operations.
The Starter plan is free and includes unlimited events and listings, unlimited tickets and products, donations, prize draws, raffles, auctions, and volunteer recruitment. It applies a 3.95% standard platform fee, while transaction processing fees may also apply. Published Premium pricing is £299.99 per year plus VAT, billed annually. Premium adds website monetisation and advertising, a business directory, event-day ticket scanning, and a reduced 1.5% standard platform fee.
