PROXY Pro is remote access software for helpdesk specialists, corporate IT departments, and managed service providers. It supports remote desktop viewing and control for both attended and unattended endpoints, with file transfer, remote printing, screen recording and playback, real-time chat, and connection and session logging. Screen blanking and input suppression add control for support and administration workflows. Access is available across web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with self-hosted deployment also supported.

Deployment and licensing are the main planning considerations. PROXY Pro Peer-to-Peer provides peer-to-peer remote access with perpetual licensing; user console seats are charged per seat, and endpoint agents are included subject to limits. PROXY Pro Gateway Server On-Premise uses a self-hosted Gateway Server with concurrent-user licensing, while the Private Cloud plan provides a single-tenant private cloud with the same concurrent-user approach. Both Gateway Server options include endpoint agents subject to limits, and Gateway server pricing depends on sizing. The pricing model is contact sales, and the product has a 14-day trial for PROXY Pro Host rather than a free plan.

The strongest fit is an organization that wants centralized control over endpoints while choosing between direct peer-to-peer access, an on-premise gateway, or a single-tenant private cloud. Its feature set covers day-to-day support as well as administrative requirements, including endpoint management, recording, logging, printing, and screen blanking. PROXY Pro is less suitable for buyers seeking simple public pricing or a free entry tier. Teams should also account for seat or concurrent-user licensing and the limits or sizing requirements attached to endpoint agents and Gateway Server deployments.
