Our verdict on PROTOKOL
PROTOKOL is a mobile AI daily planner for professionals, founders, students and others who want to convert goals, routines and reading into concrete daily actions. It asks about a user’s profession, goal and available time, then creates a scheduled day with timed routines and book-derived actions. The app is available on iPhone, iPad and Android, and supports local reminders, completion tracking, streaks, execution history, AI insights and PDF progress reports.
The free plan gives users one AI day plan per day, up to six routines, one book with its first four principles, seven days of history, and System, Onyx and Rose themes. Pro costs $9.99 per user per month or $59.99 per user per year, adding up to three books, unlimited history, five PDF reports per month and the Sapphire theme. Elite costs $14.99 per user per month or $89.99 per user per year, adding a Personal AI Coach with 15 questions per month, 10 PDF reports per month, 25 AI insights per day and the Gold theme. A 7-day free trial is also listed.
Its clearest strength is focused execution: book principles are adapted into profession-specific actions, while routines appear on a daily timeline and reminders run locally on the device. This makes PROTOKOL a good fit for people who want structured mobile planning rather than a broad productivity workspace. The trade-off is narrower ecosystem coverage, with no verified calendar sync or external integrations. Choose it for AI-generated routines, personal progress history and mobile time blocking; consider another planner if connecting schedules across other services is central to your workflow.
