Proprietio is property management software for solo landlords, small management companies, condo boards, absentee owners, and other property operators. It brings rent collection, tenant and lease records, maintenance workflows, accounting, owner and investor portals, listings, agency websites, and AI-assisted tools into one platform. Its supported use cases include residential, mixed, commercial, association, self-storage, and student-housing operations, making it relevant to both independent owners and larger property teams.

Pricing is structured across a free one-unit option and paid monthly plans. One includes lease and tenant records, rent receipts, rent tracking, one owner seat, and web access. Lite costs $29 per month and adds all payment methods, tenant and basic owner portals, lease and maintenance tracking, and email support. Standard is $99 per month, adding branding, unlimited owner portal users, automated rent reminders and late fees, GL accounting, and priority email support. Growth costs $429 per month and adds 1099 forms, AI lease drafting, AI leasing chat, Collections AI, inspections, and live chat support. Pro costs $1,699 per month and adds SSO, workflow automations, bank reconciliation, QuickBooks Sync, and white-label communications.

The platform connects with Stripe, QuickBooks, Plaid, Zillow, TransUnion, Twilio, and Zapier, while its open API, signed webhooks, and scoped keys support custom integrations. Its feature coverage is broad: payments, portals, maintenance, accounting, leasing, listings, and reporting are all included across the product. The main platform constraint is access through the web rather than dedicated mobile apps. Owners and operators wanting flexible growth from basic rent tracking to enterprise controls should consider Proprietio; teams requiring a native mobile app should look elsewhere.
