Tenant and contractor portals support communication, while multi-property and multi-company management suit portfolios that extend beyond a single building or ownership structure. Its focus is practical web management for users who want core rental operations together rather than a wider software ecosystem.
Pricing is divided into three monthly plans, with prices including VAT. Starter costs £29.99 per month and covers property, unit, tenant and tenancy management, rent tracking, maintenance requests, in-app notifications and email support. Professional costs £79.99 per month, adding maintenance and contractor management, document management, invoices and statements. Enterprise costs £199.99 per month and includes unlimited properties, tenants and users, all platform features and priority support. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
