Resident, manager, and vendor portals support communication and daily coordination, while online applications, background screening, electronic leases, deposit and rent payments, and lease renewal workflows address core leasing needs. Its strongest fit is for operators managing single-family portfolios who want these functions in one web-based system.
The platform’s breadth is its main advantage. Residents can pay rent and submit maintenance requests through an online portal, while managers can create work orders, schedule service, request vendor bids, and manage recurring work. A CRM records phone, email, SMS, and communication history, and analytics dashboards provide operational KPIs. Smart-home controls add access and thermostat management.
