Propel QMS review
A broad QMS for manufacturers managing supplier, product, and compliance quality.

Propel QMS is a cloud-based electronic quality management system for product manufacturers, including regulated medical-device companies. It can operate as a standalone quality system or connect with Propel PLM on the same platform. Its scope covers controlled documents, training, CAPA, complaints, nonconformance reports, audits, supplier quality, equipment calibration, change control, compliance records, approvals, audit trails, and electronic records and signatures. That makes it a fit for organizations coordinating quality processes across products, suppliers, and regulated workflows.
Pricing is quote-based, with Small, Medium, and Large tiers. Small is positioned for a single team or smaller company and includes PLM and QMS solutions. Medium adds PLM, QMS, and PIM solutions for larger teams, while Large includes PLM, QMS, PIM, and PVM solutions for company-wide transformation. Each tier includes one-time implementation and setup. The published structure uses annual licenses and one-time setup by company tier rather than a per-user price, so buyers should expect a sales-led purchasing process. There is no free plan.
Platform fit is a notable strength. Propel QMS supports web access and an API, with integrations for ERP systems, CAD systems, office productivity suites, iPaaS platforms, and Salesforce. Its manufacturing focus is reinforced by supplier corrective action requests, supplier quality workflows, calibration and maintenance tracking, change-control routing, and complaint decision trees. Choose it when quality management needs to connect closely with product lifecycle and supplier processes. A narrower QMS may suit teams that need only basic document control, audits, or corrective actions without the broader PLM, PIM, and product-quality scope.
