Promo is an online video creation platform for businesses, marketers, agencies, and creators making promotional videos, ads, product videos, and social posts. Its browser editor combines customizable templates, stock footage, photos, licensed music, brand presets, and AI-assisted generation. Wide, square, and vertical formats suit social campaigns, and web, iOS, and Android access gives teams options for creating and planning content. Promo is aimed at organizations that want video production and social publishing in one workflow, rather than a tool focused only on editing footage.
The standout feature is PromoAI, which can generate videos from a topic, description, website, or product information. AI videos with voice-over can include automatic subtitles. Promo also offers a social calendar and planner, publishing to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X, and exports as MP4, GIF, or images.
