ProjectManager is cloud-based project and portfolio management software for teams in construction, professional services, manufacturing, IT, and other industries. It brings planning, scheduling, dashboards, reporting, resources, timesheets, budgeting, expenses, workflow automation, guest access, mobile apps, and integrations into one system. Its broad project views make it suitable for organizations that need formal planning alongside day-to-day task coordination and portfolio visibility.

Pricing is structured around team size and management depth. The Team plan costs $15 per user per month when billed annually or $18 when billed monthly, and supports up to 10 users and 20 projects. It includes Gantt, list, sheet, board, and calendar views, unlimited free guest licenses, and API access. The Business plan costs $28 per user per month when billed annually, adds unlimited users and up to 100 projects, and includes resource management, workload planning, time tracking, timesheets, workflow automation, and AI Project Insights. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds custom permissions, SAML single sign-on, native Power BI and Excel integrations, and unlimited projects. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no ongoing free plan.

The platform fits teams that need more than a basic task board. Reporting ranges from essential to advanced, while budgeting, expenses, cost tracking, configurable workflow triggers and actions, and resource planning support structured operations. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Office 365, and others, with web, iOS, Android, and API access. Choose ProjectManager when formal controls and reporting matter; smaller teams seeking a permanent free option or a simpler, narrower tool should look elsewhere.
