ProbityCare is a cloud-based practice management system and electronic health record for behavioral health and substance use treatment organizations. It serves independent clinicians, group practices, nonprofits, and larger programs across outpatient, PHP, IOP, residential, detox, MAT/OTP, and multi-site settings. Its scope extends from appointment scheduling and client self-booking to intake, clinical notes, treatment plans, telehealth, claims, billing, payments, and staff operations. The platform is web-based and includes client portal capabilities, insurance claims, and payment processing.

Pricing is structured by seat and organization type. Student interns pay $25 per seat per month, while solo providers pay $90. Group Practice plans are $85 per seat per month for 6–15 staff seats, $80 for 16–30 staff seats, and $75 for over 31 staff. Nonprofit Organizations pay $70 per clinical staff seat per month. Admin staff and billing staff seats are each $60 per seat per month. The plans cover the full platform or role-specific access, with group pricing scaling by team size. This structure gives larger practices and qualifying nonprofits more favorable per-seat rates than solo providers.

The strongest fit is a practice that needs insurance operations alongside clinical and administrative workflows. ProbityCare includes eligibility checks, claim scrubbing, claims, remittance posting, and denials management, plus online payment links and client balance management. Integrations include Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Stripe, Twilio, eFax, Availity, Office Ally, LabCorp, and Quest Diagnostics. Role-based permissions, audit logging, licensing, payroll, timekeeping, training management, and AI documentation assistance add operational depth. Smaller practices focused mainly on scheduling may find the broader system and $90 solo-provider rate harder to justify.
