PrepAgent review
A study library for real-estate candidates who want practice and live instruction.

PrepAgent is an online study service for real-estate salesperson and broker licensing candidates. Its materials cover national and state-specific practice questions, interactive flashcards, a vocabulary worksheet, an exam-prep ebook, webinars, videos, and audio lessons. Candidates can use it in a web browser on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The mix is aimed at people who want structured practice alongside instruction, rather than question drills alone.
The content library is a notable strength for learners who prefer different study formats. It includes a 100+ page ebook, 75+ exam-prep videos, and audio lessons that can be downloaded or streamed. Live online webinars run five times per week, and recorded webinars include chat replays. State-specific practice exams are offered for selected states, while content is available for all 50 U.S. states. Candidates should check that the exam materials match their state and licensing path before choosing a plan.
PrepAgent offers 1 Week, 1 Month, and 3 Months plans. The published plan details list the same core materials across all three, and access is described as a one-time charge rather than a recurring subscription. A 5-day satisfaction refund is advertised for each plan. There is no free plan, and the service is browser-based rather than a native app. It suits candidates who value live instruction and a broad set of study formats; those looking for free access or an installed mobile app may prefer another option.
