PractiTest review
A broad test management system for traceability, execution, reporting, and integrations.

PractiTest is a cloud-based test management platform for QA and software delivery teams that need requirements traceability, reusable test cases, execution tracking, defect management, and reporting in one system. Its scope suits teams managing structured testing across projects, with support for both manual workflows and automated result ingestion. Requirements can connect to tests, issues, and milestones, while test instances, test sets, and runs provide a framework for organizing execution work.
Pricing starts with the Team plan at $47 per user per month, billed annually. It includes five comment users per license, unlimited projects, end-to-end test modules, the Data Intelligence Pack, and standard support. The Corporate plan requires a minimum of 10 licenses and adds the Advanced Security Pack, multiple two-way issue integrations, MCP integration, and premium onboarding and support. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no permanent free plan. The platform is available through the web and API, with integrations including Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, GitHub, Slack, Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
PractiTest’s main strength is breadth: it combines traceability, test planning, execution, defect synchronization, dashboards, coverage reporting, custom fields, filtering, and AI-assisted test generation, prioritization, and result analysis. Its API and Auto Create a Run endpoint also support automated result workflows. That wide feature set makes it a fit for teams that need flexible reporting and connections across development and QA tools. Smaller teams seeking a free starting tier, or organizations wanting a narrower and simpler test tracker, should consider whether the annual Team commitment and broader system are appropriate.
