Our verdict on PowerHud
PowerHud is an energy management platform for industrial and commercial organizations. It brings together consumption data for electricity, solar, wind, water, natural gas, steam and air, with real-time monitoring, charts, graphs, KPIs, alerts and automated reports. Its scope also covers consumption forecasting, AI-powered prediction, corporate carbon-footprint management, billing and invoice management, peak-demand management, and ISO 50001 reporting and trend analysis. Manufacturing, retail, tourism, banking, healthcare and education organizations are among the sectors the platform is positioned to serve.
Integration breadth is a central part of PowerHud’s fit for industrial environments. Data collection can use AMR or power meters, SCADA, APIs and protocols including OPC, Modbus, Siemens PLC, BACnet, JBus and SNMP. The Enterprise License adds ERP, SCADA and Active Directory integrations, a custom REST API, and cloud or onsite functionality. SAP is also listed among the supported integrations. This combination suits organizations that need portfolio-level energy monitoring connected to operational, identity or enterprise systems. Buyers seeking only a lightweight standalone meter dashboard may find the platform’s broader focus unnecessary.
The published license structure has two tiers. Standard License includes energy monitoring via AMR or power meters, multi-source consumption tracking, and demand and reactive-penalty monitoring. Enterprise License adds the integrations, deployment options, custom API, unlimited data storage, live 24/7 support and training. Pricing is handled through contact with the vendor rather than displayed as numeric plan prices. PowerHud is therefore a fit for industrial teams that need forecasting, carbon management, reporting and demand controls alongside energy data collection. Organizations prioritizing a simple, narrowly focused monitoring tool should consider a more limited alternative.
