PowerGP Online brings Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting and ERP functions to businesses that do not want to host GP themselves. It is aimed at organizations that need cloud access to core financials and reporting, from growing small and midsize businesses to large enterprises. Users can work through a web client or remote desktop, with deployment spanning cloud and desktop access.

The suite covers general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, electronic funds transfer, budgeting, and cash-flow forecasting. Financial reporting works with Excel and Power BI, and a RESTful cloud API supports integrations. Import tools cover accounting, customer, vendor, item, and historical data. These capabilities make it a fit for organizations already working in Microsoft’s ecosystem or needing accounting connected to inventory and distribution processes.

Edition choice matters: Basic includes core financial functions and PowerSuite, while Standard adds advanced financials, inventory and distribution, and a financially backed SLA. Premium adds Rockton Toolbox, remote desktop and database access, and workflow approvals by email; Premium + adds advanced distribution, manufacturing, field service, and project functions. The published starting price is 109, and the vendor says monthly full-user and limited-user rates are listed; additional fees may apply and prices can change. PowerGP Online suits organizations seeking a broad GP-based accounting and ERP suite, but buyers looking for a free plan or a narrowly focused accounting tool may prefer an alternative.
