PolicyPak is a desktop management and endpoint policy platform from Netwrix for organizations and managed service providers that need to configure Windows settings and control applications. It can manage desktop, browser, and Java settings, remove local administrator rights while elevating selected applications, and restrict USB and optical-device access. Its scope also includes compliance reporting for Group Policy settings, software deployment and automatic updates, and desktop automation through scripts and triggers. The published platforms include Windows, macOS, and web, but Mac support is documented for select features rather than broad endpoint management.
PolicyPak can be deployed in the cloud or self-hosted. Its cloud console supports management of domain-joined and non-domain-joined computers, and the product is designed to work alongside established management tools. Integrations include Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Group Policy, Microsoft SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, Citrix, and VMware. That makes it a fit for teams adding policy controls, application management, or software delivery to an existing environment; buyers seeking a general-purpose, broad macOS management suite should look elsewhere.
Pricing is contact-sales, with no free plan. The Enterprise plan includes all Paks and has a 100-license minimum. SaaS Yearly is cloud-only, includes most Paks, and offers a 25% discount over monthly billing; SaaS Monthly is also cloud-only and includes most Paks. Since SaaS does not include every Pak, buyers should confirm which components their requirements call for. PolicyPak is worth considering when Windows policy enforcement, privilege restriction, and deployment matter more than transparent self-service pricing or broad Mac coverage. Email, phone, and documentation are listed support channels, and two-factor authentication is listed as a compliance feature.
