Our verdict on Pocpod
Pocpod is an electronic proof-of-delivery and collection platform for vehicle transporters, recovery operators and delivery teams. Drivers can capture signatures, photos, timestamps and vehicle condition assessments, including when offline, with evidence synchronized later. Office teams can manage jobs, assign or reassign drivers, search job history and access collection and delivery reports through an online portal. Its coverage across web, iOS and Android suits teams that need mobile evidence capture alongside office-based job management.
Pricing is straightforward for small operations. The Basic plan is free and includes report generation, online portal access and basic support. Premium costs £20 per month when billed monthly and adds multiple users and technical support while retaining report generation and portal access. That makes Basic a useful entry point for a smaller workflow, while Premium is the relevant tier for teams that need shared access or higher job volumes. The plan structure also keeps core reporting and portal functions available without a paid subscription.
Pocpod’s strongest area is evidence capture tailored to transport work: electronic delivery and collection records, signatures, photographs, offline synchronization and digital vehicle damage assessment. The online job portal extends that workflow with driver assignment, reassignment and searchable history. Choose Pocpod if your team needs a focused POD process that can continue collecting evidence without connectivity and wants a free starting plan. Consider an alternative if multiple users, technical support or broader operational workflows are essential from the outset, since those needs are tied to Premium or sit outside the product’s delivery-focused scope.
