Plugnotes is a no-code platform for creating digital forms and coordinating field operations. It is aimed at operational teams in production, maintenance, construction, logistics, and other organizations that need mobile data collection connected to business systems. Forms can include conditional logic, dynamic checklists, photos, annotations, electronic signatures, document scans, voice input, QR codes, and geolocation. Teams can complete them on the web, iOS, or Android, including offline, while submissions are stored in structured databases with table, Kanban, and planning views.
Pricing is organized into four plans. Forms costs €190 per month and includes form creation, conditional forms, structured records, media capture, offline mode, and PDF, Excel, and XML exports. Smart costs €290 per month and adds automatic approval flows, conditional workflows, triggers, automations, voice assistance, and document and image processing. Connected costs €390 per month and adds native Odoo and Microsoft Business Central connectors, an open API web service, and connections to more than 7,000 cloud solutions. Corporate adds single sign-on, on-premise hosting, a dedicated security audit, advanced GDPR compliance, and dedicated priority support. The monthly module fee is combined with progressive per-user charges.
The main reason to choose Plugnotes is its combination of offline field forms, multi-stakeholder handoffs, and ERP synchronization. Odoo, Business Central, REST API, webhooks, Zapier, Power Automate, FileZilla, and SFTP support give teams several integration paths. AI voice input and document processing extend data capture beyond standard form fields. However, the €190 monthly starting point and progressive per-user pricing make it a considered purchase for smaller teams. Organizations needing only simple mobile forms may prefer a narrower, lower-cost tool, while ERP-connected operations with complex workflows have a stronger case for Plugnotes.
