Platsana is cloud-based management software for independent yoga studios that need scheduling, online booking, payments, memberships, and student administration in one system. Its feature set covers recurring classes and one-time events, list and calendar booking views, automatic waitlists, class packs, recurring memberships, instructor profiles, attendance, student history, and analytics for revenue, attendance, and signups. Studios can also embed schedules on a website and offer students a branded progressive web app.
Pricing is organized around Core and Studio. Core costs $50 per month with one location, up to 10 instructors, unlimited students, unlimited passes, unlimited online booking, and waitlists. Studio costs $80 per month and adds unlimited instructors and class-limited membership creation. Annual billing offers a 17% discount. Extra Locations costs $40 per location per month, while Schedule API Access costs $10 per month for schedule and instructor data API access.
