Pinpointe is a cloud-based email marketing platform for B2B companies, agencies, and mid-sized businesses. It combines campaign design, subscriber-list management, behavioral targeting, automated email journeys, testing, reporting, landing pages, and lead-capture forms. Its feature set is suited to teams that need more than broadcast newsletters, particularly those managing permission-based campaigns across multiple audiences. The platform supports up to 15,000 subscribers and is available through the web.

Automation and audience controls are central to the product. Drip marketing, autoresponders, trigger campaigns, behavioral segmentation, custom fields, and subscriber-list management support targeted communications. Campaign teams also get email split and multivariate testing, a WYSIWYG HTML editor, templates, mobile campaign previews, landing pages, forms, and Google Analytics integration. Salesforce.com, Zapier, XML API, webhooks, SumoMe, and NiftyImages extend its connections to sales, analytics, and lead-generation workflows.

Pricing is aimed at paid teams rather than casual or no-cost users. Professional Edition costs $99 per month and provides one primary account, sharing for five team members, and the option to add up to 20 additional team members. Enterprise Edition costs $490 per month and adds five dedicated accounts plus an administrator, unlimited team members, expansion to 250 accounts, a dedicated cloud, and a custom URL. A 15-day trial is available, while the Enterprise tier is the clearer fit for organizations needing separate accounts and higher-capacity sending. Teams seeking a free plan, a desktop or mobile application, or a simpler email-only tool should look elsewhere.
