Our verdict on Pickit

Pickit is a cloud-based digital asset management platform for organizations that need to centralize and distribute branded content. It supports images, icons, logos, vectors, audio, video, documents and presentation files, with web access, Windows and macOS desktop apps, an API, and integrations for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It is positioned for smaller businesses through Business, professional teams through Business Plus, and medium to large organizations through Enterprise.

Its strongest fit is for teams working across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and related workplace tools. Pickit also connects with Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Adobe Stock, Getty Images, Shutterstock and HubSpot. Core organization features include metadata, descriptions, keywords, tags, auto-tagging, batch tagging, collections, permissions and user roles. External sharing supports password-protected or public links, while approval workflows help manage submitted content. Custom API integrations extend its platform fit beyond the listed applications.

The plan structure adds capability in clear steps. Business includes media asset management for photos, logos, icons and images, the Pickit Stock library, organization access and SSO, and 100GB of storage. Business Plus adds audio, video and document asset management, an Authenticated Brand Guide, Authenticated Pickit Boards, insights and analytics, and two integrations. Enterprise adds advanced folders, full-text search and OCR, AI facial and image recognition, anonymous folders and collections, license management, properties and metadata. Pricing uses a contact-sales model, with annual and monthly billing selectors; annual billing saves 20%. Pickit suits organizations that value workplace integrations, structured brand governance and expanding asset types. Teams needing a simpler image-only library or a clearly published price may prefer another option.
