picapie review
A delivery-order hub with kitchen display, menu, virtual-brand, and inventory tools.

picapie brings delivery orders and kitchen operations into one cloud-based platform for dark kitchens, virtual kitchens, and restaurants with high digital-order volumes. Its delivery hub centralizes orders from Uber Eats, Rappi, and Didi Food, while the kitchen display provides order prioritization and real-time timing controls. Menu management, virtual-brand tools, analytics, and inventory controls extend its scope beyond order routing. It is aimed at digital-first and hybrid operations, including multi-unit groups; kitchens that need a focused workflow around these delivery apps are its clearest fit.
The published plans show Essentials at MXN 1,499 per restaurant per month, with Basic KDS, Delivery Hub, Menu Manager, and 24/7 support. Pro adds Advanced KDS, full analytics, one virtual brand, and inventory. Enterprise includes everything in Pro, unlimited virtual brands, multi-unit capabilities, dedicated support, and personalized onboarding. Enterprise pricing is available by contacting the vendor. The tier structure makes the Essentials scope clear for core order and kitchen management, while kitchens seeking inventory or virtual-brand features need to consider a higher tier.
Its strongest fit is the connection between delivery apps and kitchen execution: automatic order acceptance and real-time synchronization work alongside menu price and availability management with platform synchronization. Inventory features include stock movements, requisitions, and waste calculation, and analytics provides operational reports. The tradeoff is that picapie is web-based and paid, with no free plan. Kitchens seeking a free option or a non-web platform should look elsewhere. For operators managing several digital brands or units, the Pro and Enterprise capabilities may suit broader operations; smaller teams needing only basic KDS and delivery aggregation can start with Essentials.
