PhoneRescue is desktop data recovery software from iMobie for retrieving deleted or lost data from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android phones or tablets. It is aimed at individuals and small teams that need to recover mobile data, inspect backups, or address selected iOS system issues. The iOS edition works with devices, iTunes backups and iCloud backups, while the Android edition recovers data from supported phones and tablets, including hidden media and app data.

The plan structure separates iOS and Android use. iOS customers can choose one-month, one-year or lifetime subscriptions. Each iOS plan includes all Pro Features and supports unlimited devices on one computer; the lifetime plan also includes lifetime free upgrades. The Android one-year subscription includes automatic yearly renewal and Windows and Mac support. There is no free plan, so access is based on a paid subscription or lifetime purchase rather than a no-cost recovery tier.

Its standout capability is the range of mobile recovery paths in one desktop application. Users can preview files before selectively recovering them, scan encrypted or damaged backups, and retrieve data from both devices and cloud or computer backups. iOS customers also get system repair and tools to recover or remove iOS passcodes. PhoneRescue is a strong fit when the problem centers on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android device, iTunes backup or iCloud backup. Choose a different type of product when the priority is recovering files from general computer storage or hard drives.
