It manages nonconformity and CAPA tickets through registration, review, planning, implementation, and verification. The system also supports corrective, preventive, and other action types, root-cause analysis using 5 Whys or another schema, effectiveness evaluation, notifications, attachments, comments, reporting, CSV export, access restrictions, and record history.
Its deployment and pricing structure suit teams that want flexibility. The Community edition includes all features, unlimited usage, community support, document attachments, comments, and CSV export for self-hosted deployment. The Full Pack costs $48 as a one-time purchase and includes all features, unlimited usage, and 24/7 customer service. Cloud costs €65 per month or €480 per year, with all features, unlimited usage, a 30-day free trial, always-updated software, advanced HTTPS protection, and 5GB of cloud storage. A 30-day trial is also included with the Cloud plans.
The strongest fit is for small teams that need a structured CAPA workflow without giving up open-source or self-hosted deployment.
