PeopleForce is a cloud HR platform for organizations managing employee data and employee lifecycle processes. Its coverage includes employee profiles and organizational charts, leave management, onboarding and offboarding, documents and assets, workflows, recruiting, performance management, engagement surveys, employee cases, and time tracking. Web, iOS, and Android access support employees and managers, while REST APIs and webhooks connect HR data with external systems. It is a fit for budget-conscious teams that want broad HR coverage rather than a narrow tool for one HR function.
According to the vendor's pricing page, the Standard plan costs $2.50 per employee per month with monthly billing and includes the employee directory, org chart, company portal, announcements, leave management, onboarding and offboarding, basic HR automation, and document and asset management. The Professional plan costs $3 per employee per month and adds advanced HR automation, employee change request forms, self-service request forms, eSignature, and API access. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Additional modules, including Recruit, Perform, Pulse, Time, and Desk, require contacting sales for pricing.
PeopleForce also fits teams that need an ecosystem around HR operations. Listed integrations include Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Zapier, Jira, Asana, Greenhouse, DocuSign, Power BI, Tableau, Workable, HubSpot, and Notion. Performance workflows cover OKRs, KPIs, 1-on-1s, and reviews, while time features include attendance, breaks, and timesheets. Choose PeopleForce if broad HR workflows, mobile access, and integrations matter at a low monthly entry price. Teams needing a free plan or upfront pricing for additional modules may prefer another option.
