Penneo Sign is a digital-signature service for business teams that send, sign, archive and verify documents. Its emphasis on national eID or passport signing, multi-document case files and reusable templates suits accounting, finance, legal, real-estate, administration and HR workflows. Signing can happen sequentially or simultaneously, and SMS verification can protect document access. Web access, a desktop application and an API give teams several ways to work with the service.

Case files are a notable fit for processes involving multiple related documents: users can batch sign them, use reusable case-file templates, and track activity through an event log and document archive. Scheduled reminders help move pending signatures along. For automated workflows, the API supports case-file creation, status monitoring and document retrieval. Integrations include Microsoft, Silverfin, M-Files, Unik, EG and Caseware, making the product relevant to organizations already working with those systems. Sign Pro adds API access and system integrations; the published plan highlights also include advanced user management, dedicated onboarding and priority support.

According to the published plans, Sign Essential costs DKK 899 per month with annual billing and includes national eID signing, SMS verification, SSO, an archive, templates and usage overview. Sign Plus costs DKK 1,250 per month with annual billing; it adds custom signing flows, scheduled reminders and an integration included by default. Sign Pro includes the Plus features and adds API and system integrations. There is no free plan, so smaller teams looking for a no-cost entry point or occasional, straightforward signing may prefer a simpler alternative. Penneo Sign is a stronger match when eID signing, grouped case files, workflow control or API automation are central requirements.
