PDF2XL is desktop and online software for converting PDF documents into structured data. It is aimed at individuals, businesses, and enterprise teams working with tables, forms, invoices, financial statements, purchase orders, and similar documents. Conversion targets include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OpenOffice, CSV, and HTML. Its configurable layouts and table and field extraction make it particularly suited to documents that need structured output rather than simple file-format changes.
Pricing is freemium, with a free online converter and a no-time-limit trial. The Home plan costs $25 per month and supports native, non-scanned PDFs, exports to CSV, Word tables, and Excel, Windows desktop use, layout reuse, and table extraction. Business costs $50 per month and adds OCR for scanned PDFs, multiple OCR languages, batch conversion, Hot Watch Folder, and image-to-Excel conversion.
