It supports hosted checkout, payment links, payment buttons, cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, QR codes and EMI. Its audience includes startups, SMEs, ecommerce companies, NGOs, multinationals, SaaS platforms and other businesses that need transaction processing across web, iOS, Android or API-based experiences. A merchant dashboard covers transactions, settlements, refunds, reports and disputes.

Pricing is transaction-based rather than subscription-based. According to PayKun's published pricing details, rates start at 1.75% plus applicable GST. The payment-method plans cover UPI, domestic debit cards, domestic credit cards, international cards, net banking and wallets.
