Paydirt is a web-based time tracking and invoicing application for freelancers, creators, designers, contractors, agencies, and small businesses. It tracks billable and unbillable time against clients, projects, and tasks, then connects logged work to invoices, quotes, reports, and online payments. Its fit is strongest for businesses that need a record of billable work and a path from time entry to client payment rather than a general-purpose workforce platform.

Pricing is organized around individual use and team size. Starter costs $8 per month with monthly billing for one user and three active clients, or $7 per month with annual billing. Hustler costs $16 monthly or $14 annually for one user and unlimited clients, adding PayPal and Stripe payments. Co-op costs $29 monthly for three team members; Small team costs $49 for six; Large team costs $79 for ten; and Agency costs $149 for 20. The team plans include unlimited clients, user permissions, timesheet approval, and task assignment. Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount, and a 14-day free trial is available. There is no free plan.

The standout workflow is the connection between time capture, oversight, invoicing, and collection. One-click tracking, backdated entries, hourly rates, estimates, budget monitoring, weekly submissions, approvals, PDF invoice delivery, graphical reports, CSV export, and printing cover the operational cycle around billable work. Integrations include Asana, Basecamp, GitHub, Gmail, Jira, Trello, WordPress, Zapier, PayPal, and Stripe, while web access, a Chrome extension, and an API support different working setups. Choose Paydirt if billing accuracy and client-facing invoicing matter most; consider an alternative if you need broader native platform coverage or a free starting tier.
