PathPilo is a cloud-based field service management platform for pressure washing operators and other mobile service businesses. It brings together drag-and-drop scheduling, recurring jobs, client records, route planning, quotes, invoices, payment tracking, lead forms, and a client portal. Solo operators can use the free Solo plan for core scheduling, routing, invoicing, reporting, and client management, while growing teams can add employee controls through the Company plan.

Pricing is straightforward. Solo costs £0 per month and includes full scheduling, clients, invoicing, recurring jobs, subscriptions, route planning, live ETA, lead forms, the client portal, dashboards, reporting, and chat and email support. Company costs £39 per month and adds unlimited employees and teams, employee roles and permissions, working hours, time-off management, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is also available. The paid tier is therefore focused on team coordination rather than unlocking the core operating workflow.

For day-to-day field operations, PathPilo covers the workflow from lead capture through completion: teams can plan optimized routes, send automatic customer ETA SMS messages, record notes and job history, and update job statuses from the technician workflow. Payment tracking and bank-transfer support add useful administrative coverage. The trade-off is platform fit: PathPilo is web-only and has no verified integrations, so businesses that depend on a broad connected software ecosystem may prefer an alternative. It suits solo operators who want a substantial free scheduling and routing setup, while larger or integration-heavy businesses should assess whether its team features and web-based approach match their operating model.

  • Where it doesn't

    • Team management features require the paid Company plan
    • Advanced ecosystem connections may require manual workflows
