Password Depot is a password manager from AceBIT GmbH for personal users, families, teams, and enterprises. It stores passwords and other sensitive information in encrypted vaults using AES-256, with support for passkeys, browser autofill, secure sharing, and desktop and mobile apps. The product covers web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, browser add-ons, API access, and self-hosted deployment, giving it a broad fit across individual and organizational environments.

Pricing is built around a free offering, a 30-day full-featured trial, and one-time licenses. The New license costs €99.95 per user and includes use on any number of the user's own devices, free iOS and Android apps, 12 months of free support, and updates within Version 19. The Family plan costs €149.95 as a one-time flat price for five user licenses, with separate master passwords and optional shared vaults. Existing customers can buy the €79.95 per-user Upgrade plan, which includes new Version 19 features and an extended support period. Enterprise licensing is quote-based, while the free edition is limited after the trial period.

For organizations, Password Depot adds centralized users, groups, permissions, and policies alongside audit trails, Syslog export, and a REST API for automation and integrations. Identity options include Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, OpenID Connect, Kerberos SSO, and SSO integration; storage and deployment options include on-premises, private cloud, an Azure tenant, and local storage. Families and small teams get a dedicated plan, while enterprises gain administrative depth and deployment control. Choose it when one-time licensing, passkeys, sharing, and deployment flexibility matter. Buyers seeking a lower paid entry price or a clearly explained AI capability should compare alternatives.
