Parsley is cloud-based kitchen management and enterprise resource planning software for restaurants, cafés, prepared-meal services, grocers, caterers, universities, and other culinary operations. It brings recipe creation, costing, pricing, scaling, nutrition, allergen data, production planning, inventory, purchasing, receiving, labeling, and integrations into one system. Its feature set suits professional kitchens that need nutrition facts, ingredient lists, dietary characteristics, labels, and operational controls across single or multiple locations.
Pricing is organized around operational depth. Chef costs $129 per month and includes preloaded ingredients, weight and volume conversions, AI-assisted recipe upload, supplier order guides, recipe costing and pricing, and scaling. Chef Plus costs $189 per month and adds full nutrition facts, allergen lists, ingredient lists, dietary characteristics, and custom allergen characteristics. Business costs $379 per month and adds automatic prep lists, production plans, purchasing and receiving, inventory, and POS import. Enterprise includes the Business features plus multi-location support, invoice and recipe approval workflows, invoice scanning, and recipe archiving.
