Parmetra is a web-based pay-transparency compliance platform for European Union employers. It is designed for HR and compliance teams managing gender pay-gap reporting, jobs of equal value, salary-range publication, worker information requests, and related EU Directive 2023/970 workflows. Its web interface supports mean and median pay-gap calculations, point-factor job valuation, pay-setting checks, and optional AI-assisted job-valuation drafting. A free pay-gap calculator needs no account, and a 14-day trial is available without requiring a payment card.

Pricing is organized across four tiers, with monthly and annual billing. Starter costs €149 per month when billed annually or €179 per month when billed monthly, and includes transparency workflows, information requests, pay-setting checks, job valuation, pay-gap previews, and CSV import. Growth costs €499 or €599 per month and adds full pay-gap reporting, regression-adjusted analysis, Blinder–Oaxaca decomposition, what-if scenario modelling (the payroll cost and employees affected by closing a target gap), 5% joint-assessment alerts, regulator-ready exports, and HRIS sync from 8 systems: Personio, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, BambooHR, Factorial, Deel, and Sage HR. Enterprise costs €999 or €1,199 per month and adds joint-assessment workflows, an immutable audit log, priority support, deadline dashboards, deeper analysis, and remediation cost-to-close modeling. Scale costs €1,999 or €2,399 per month and adds multi-entity consolidation, national compliance profiles, cross-entity benchmarking, migration support, a named contact, and an annual compliance review.

Parmetra's strongest fit is for organizations that need more than a basic pay-gap calculator. Its combination of job valuation, information-request tracking, advanced statistical analysis, audit reporting, and remediation modeling supports a broader compliance process. Starter teams get CSV import only; the 8-system HRIS sync and what-if modelling arrive on Growth. Smaller teams may find Starter sufficient for transparency and foundational analysis, but advanced reporting, audit controls, and multi-entity work require higher-priced tiers.

Parmetra pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Advanced regression-adjusted and Blinder–Oaxaca analysis, plus what-if remediation-cost modelling from Growth
    • Tracks information requests, deadlines, audits, and remediation costs
    • Syncs employees and salaries from 8 HR systems (Personio, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, BambooHR, Factorial, Deel, Sage HR) or CSV import
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; paid access starts at €149 per month billed annually
    • HRIS sync is a Growth-plan feature; Starter is CSV import only
    • Broader group reporting and support features require higher tiers
