Paribus 365 is a customer-data quality product embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. It is designed for organizations that need to find, prevent, review, and merge duplicate Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. Fuzzy intelligent search works across CRM entities, while duplicate prevention during data entry and automatic alerts help address duplicate creation as it happens. Users can search the CRM database at scale, consolidate records into a master record, manage leads, and use smart entity lookups to associate records with existing customers.

Pricing is component-based. The Search and Detect — CRM User Access plan costs $5.50 per user per month and provides access to Search and Detect features within Dynamics 365 CRM. Data-volume plans range from $125 to $2,000 per month for indexed CRM records, with a larger-dataset tier priced by the vendor. Search and Detect combines per-user pricing with a data-volume charge and requires at least 10 users. A free edition covers duplicate Contacts, and a separate 30-day assisted trial provides an evaluation route. Data Cleansing costs $825 per month and covers duplicate identification, review, and merging, with a two-month minimum initial term.

The product’s strongest fit is a Windows-based organization centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Infor CRM. Its focused feature set covers duplicate prevention, fuzzy matching, alerts, mass searching, merging, and master-record consolidation rather than a broad, multi-platform data-quality stack. The Data Cleansing service is suited to larger-scale duplicate work, while the core Search and Detect plans target ongoing CRM use. Choose Paribus 365 when duplicate management is the priority and the supported CRM environment matches. Organizations needing broader platform coverage or a different data-quality focus should consider an alternative.
