Palodyne is construction bid management software for specialty subcontractors, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, masonry, painting, and steel fabrication firms. It parses bid invitations from email, extracts information from documents, and organizes bid documents, addendums, notes, deadlines, and statuses in one workspace. Estimators can use Kanban, calendar, or list views, assign bids, manage follow-up tasks, apply go/no-go checklists, and track outcomes. The product is designed for individual estimators, teams, and larger organizations working with incoming opportunities.
Pricing is structured around three monthly plans. Starter costs $15 per month and includes the Bid Inbox and Parser, Visual Bid Board, and Standard Support. Team costs $100 per month and adds Team Collaboration Tools, Bid Analytics and Reporting, and Priority Support.
