PaizaCloud Cloud IDE provides browser-based Linux development environments for learners, educators, bootcamps, and developers who want to build web applications without installing and configuring a local environment. Each workspace combines browser file management, text editing, an integrated terminal, command execution, web and database servers, SSH access, and support for multiple programming languages and databases. Preconfigured environments include Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Django, PHP, Laravel, Go, and Jupyter Notebook. Workspace sharing and custom applications using HTML and CSS add collaborative and introductory development options.

The published plans show a tiered structure. FREE includes one server, a server lifetime of up to 24 hours, up to four hours of continuous running while the browser is open, and 1 GB of disk space; application publishing is unavailable. LITE costs $9.80 per month and provides three servers, unlimited server lifetime, up to four hours of continuous running while the browser is open, and 2 GB of disk space, but still excludes publishing. BASIC costs $19.80 per month and adds one always-on server, three limited-running servers, unlimited server lifetime, application publishing, and 4 GB of disk space. Additional always-on servers cost $19.80 per month each.

PaizaCloud’s strongest fit is guided learning, classroom work, bootcamp exercises, and small web projects where a ready-to-use browser Linux environment matters more than broad ecosystem coverage. The combination of terminals, databases, web servers, SSH, sharing, and multiple languages covers a useful development workflow without local setup. BASIC is the relevant choice when publishing or an always-on server is required; LITE suits projects that need multiple persistent servers but not publishing. Teams seeking extensive integrations, broader platform support, or more continuously running capacity should consider an alternative. Users who prefer local tooling or need publishing at the lower paid tier may also find the product restrictive.
