PagarBook is a workforce-management platform for Indian businesses that brings together attendance, leave management, payroll processing and employee self-service. It is aimed at small and medium businesses in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, restaurants, construction and healthcare. Staff can record attendance through selfie, GPS location, offline synchronization or face recognition, while managers can handle breaks, overtime, leave, shifts and payslips. Field teams are supported through live location tracking, route timelines and task management.
Pricing is organized around three annual plans. PagarBook App costs INR 499 per user per year and includes attendance and payroll features. PagarBook App + Web costs INR 699 per user per year and adds a web dashboard. PagarBook Classic Suite costs INR 1398 per user per year and adds Lens face attendance to the App + Web feature set. Listed annual prices are before GST. Geo is priced separately and requires an active App or Web subscription. The plan structure makes the lower tiers suitable for businesses that primarily need mobile attendance and payroll, while the higher tiers fit teams that need browser-based administration or face-attendance workflows.
The product’s breadth is its main strength: attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, statutory calculations, employee self-service and field tracking sit within one system across web, iOS and Android. Payroll processing includes PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS calculations, and employees can access attendance, leave and payslips themselves. Choose PagarBook if your business operates in India and wants attendance tied closely to payroll, especially where offline capture or field visibility matters. It is less suited to organizations seeking a narrowly focused attendance tool without payroll or field-management functions, or teams that require a more specialized ecosystem around their existing software.
