A low-cost direct-ordering platform with broad restaurant operations features and limited integrations.

OutOrdering is an online ordering and menu management platform for restaurants handling direct orders. It combines branded ordering websites, custom domains, delivery, pickup, dine-in and QR ordering with menu controls for one or multiple locations. Restaurant groups can use shared or location-specific menus, location-aware ordering and consolidated analytics. The feature set also covers kitchen screens, automatic receipt printing, reservations, delivery zones, guest CRM and staff accounts with role-based access.
Pricing is straightforward: a 14-day Free trial includes full feature access, a branded storefront, QR table ordering and cancellation during the trial. OutOrdering Pro costs EUR 29 per month and adds a branded ordering website with a custom domain, delivery, pickup and dine-in ordering, kitchen screen support, automatic receipt printing, reservations, a visual floor map, analytics, a guest list and discount codes. There is no permanent free plan. For small restaurants, the paid tier brings ordering, menu operations and front-of-house tools into one subscription without requiring separate plans for each core workflow.
OutOrdering fits restaurants that want direct online ordering with practical controls for availability and menu information. Operating hours, scheduled orders, pause controls, allergen details, nutrition information, delivery fees and minimum orders support day-to-day menu management. Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilPay/Netopia, PrintNode and Intercom are supported integrations. The main limitation is ecosystem depth: POS synchronization is not verified, and the service is delivered through the web. Choose OutOrdering when branded ordering, QR ordering and multi-location menu control matter more than a broad integration network. Restaurants that depend on confirmed POS connectivity or a wider platform ecosystem should consider an alternative.
