Organimi is cloud-based organizational chart software for HR teams, consultants, sales professionals, executives, and organizations of varying sizes. It supports manually built or imported charts, employee directories, photoboards, custom fields, reporting, scenario planning, sharing, and exports. Teams can create hierarchy, matrix, governance, project, and other chart types, then share or embed them with access permissions. The platform is available on the web, with API access included in the Enterprise plan.

Its plan structure supports a gradual path from basic charting to broader organizational management. The Free plan includes core organizational chart functionality, 1 admin user, and 1 organizational chart. Basic adds custom fields, CSV and Excel imports, unlimited traditional charts, and email support. Premium adds unlimited admins or owners, SSO, unlimited matrix and governance charts, reporting and analytics, and Organimi Connect integrations. Enterprise adds API access, with custom implementation packages available separately. A 14-day free trial is also offered.

Organimi’s main strength is breadth. It combines chart creation with directory and photoboard features, public or private sharing, PDF, PPTX, and PNG exports, printing, vacant roles, duplicated charts for scenario planning, and visibility controls for custom employee and role fields. Its integration coverage includes Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Okta, JumpCloud, BambooHR, Paycor, 15Five, and Personio. Organizations wanting connected charting across HR, directory, productivity, or CRM systems should consider Organimi. Teams needing only a single simple chart may not need its broader feature set.
