Orderwerks is a paid B2B order management platform for distributors and manufacturers. It brings together a browser-based portal, offline mobile sales ordering, customer self-service ordering, inventory and pricing management, reporting, and fulfillment workflows. Orders can enter through manual entry, phone, email, customer portals, mobile apps, CSV imports, EDI, or APIs. Its feature set also covers barcode scanning, product autocomplete, customer lookup, configurable status workflows, and validation for inventory, pricing, credit, and duplicate orders. That makes it a fit for wholesale teams that need structured order capture across field sales, customer accounts, and internal operations.

The published plans show a Base Platform price of $60 per user per month, billed monthly. It includes the web portal, offline mobile Sales App, customer accounts tiered by count, QuickBooks sync, inventory management, API access, and ongoing support. The B2B eCommerce Portal adds branded self-service ordering, order history, shipment tracking, and customer-specific catalogs and pricing, with configuration-based pricing. Enroute costs $150 per month and adds route planning, driver tracking, proof of delivery, signature capture, and real-time sync. Enroute Pro is also $150 per month and adds truck inventory, selling at the stop, payment and signed invoice capture, plus end-of-day stock and cash reconciliation. Driver add-ons cost $25 or $50 per driver per month, depending on the Enroute tier.

Integration coverage spans QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise, Xero, ShipStation, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, TaxJar, Zapier, Slack, Fishbowl Inventory, and FastBound. API access, CSV validation, EDI support, and fulfillment integrations give Orderwerks several ways to connect existing sales and operations processes. Optional onboarding includes Enroute Pro Quick Start at $1,000 one time and White-Glove Onboarding at $2,500 one time, with configuration, training, imports, integration setup, or go-live support depending on the package. Choose Orderwerks if validated multi-channel entry and delivery workflows matter; consider a narrower tool if you only need basic manual order entry.
