A broad, Oracle-centered CDP for enterprises managing unified data and cross-channel activation.

Oracle Unity CDP—now presented by Oracle as Unity Data Platform—brings customer, account, behavioral, and operational data into governed profiles. It is designed for enterprise marketing, sales, service, revenue operations, data, analytics, and IT teams managing customer intelligence across channels. Configurable B2B, B2C, and B2B2C data models make it suitable for organizations with different account and customer structures, while identity resolution connects activity across devices, channels, and domains.
The platform covers the core CDP workflow from collection to activation. It supports batch, near-real-time, and streaming ingestion, real-time behavioral signal collection, audience and segment creation, and activation to supported destinations. Customer analytics, RFM analysis, AI and machine-learning models, consent controls, governance, and data-quality controls extend the platform beyond profile unification. Oracle integrations include Eloqua, Responsys, CX Sales, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Integration Cloud, and Object Storage, alongside Amazon Web Services and SFTP. That ecosystem makes Unity a particularly natural fit for organizations already centered on Oracle applications and data services.
Pricing follows a contact-sales model. Oracle presents the product through a demo-led process rather than a standard self-serve subscription structure, so buyers should expect commercial evaluation around their enterprise requirements. Unity is a strong choice for teams that need real-time profiles, cross-device identity, flexible data models, analytics, AI, and activation within a broad enterprise stack. Organizations seeking a narrowly focused CDP or a simple, transparent plan-based purchase may prefer a more limited product with a smaller implementation scope.
