Our verdict on OpenAva
OpenAva combines call tracking with CRM, marketing, invoicing, scheduling, and other business-operations modules. It is designed for startups, agencies, and other businesses that need campaign-level phone attribution. The call-tracking feature set includes dynamic number insertion based on visitor traffic source, attribution dashboards for ads, keywords, and landing pages, local and toll-free number pool management, call recording, detailed call logs, call forwarding, IVR menus, voicemail, and automatic lead creation in the sales workspace. It is available through the web and API, with a bring-your-own-Twilio model.
Pricing starts with a Free plan at $0 per month for one connected account, templates/designer, and CRM basics. It excludes included AI, leads, and calls. Starter costs $20 per month and adds two connected accounts, 30 text/social AI generations, 100 premium leads, and 30 included call minutes. Growth costs $45 per month and provides six connected accounts, 120 text/social AI generations, 300 premium leads, and 150 included call minutes. Enterprise costs $150 per month and includes 20 connected accounts, 500 text/social AI generations, 1,000 premium leads, and 500 included call minutes. Tracking numbers and Twilio usage are separately billed through the customer’s Twilio account.
OpenAva fits teams that want call attribution alongside broader operational tools rather than a narrowly focused call-tracking product. Its integrations include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Stripe, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Google Calendar, SendGrid, Resend, WhatsApp, REST API, and webhooks. The API also supports inbound and outbound webhooks, while the Twilio integration can use a customer-owned account. Choose OpenAva for a low-cost entry point, campaign attribution, lead creation, and wide platform connectivity. Consider an alternative if detailed call-focused AI capabilities or bundled telephony costs are central requirements.
