OnyxMetric is a fully managed, cookieless web and product analytics platform from Cuanto Labs. It combines pageviews, sessions, goals, funnels, custom events, user profiles, journeys, web vitals, errors and session replay in one dashboard. Its cohort tools are aimed at websites and product teams that need retention views over periods extending to a year, with deployment hosted in the cloud and access through web and API interfaces.

The published plans use annual per-site billing. Base costs $990 per site per year and includes unlimited pageviews and events, the analytics dashboard, goals, funnels, custom events, user profiles and sessions, plus email support. Plus costs $1,990 per site per year and adds web vitals, error tracking and a shareable dashboard link. Pro costs $2,990 per site per year and adds session replay, dashboard embedding, full behavioral tracking and priority support. Enterprise adds SSO, infinite data retention, a dedicated isolated instance, custom features and whitelabeling, manual invoicing, an uptime SLA and enterprise support. A 7-day trial is available and requires a payment method at checkout.

For retention analysis, OnyxMetric offers color-coded cohort heatmaps, daily or weekly grouping, windows from 7 to 365 days, and segmentation by country, device, referrer and UTM source. Conversion funnels, goals, autocapture, user journeys and replay add behavioral context around cohort movement. Integrations cover Angular, Astro, BigCommerce, Google Tag Manager, Next.js, React, Shopify, Vue, Webflow, Wix, WooCommerce and WordPress. Choose OnyxMetric when long-window behavioral retention and managed web analytics are priorities; teams centered on revenue cohorts, lifecycle reporting or warehouse imports should consider another system.
