Our verdict on Onlyform
Onlyform is a web-based form builder for conversational, single-page, survey, quiz and payment forms. Teams can start from scratch, use templates, import from Typeform, Tally or Google Forms, or draft and edit with AI. Its combination of branching and varied publishing options suits teams that need more than a fixed question sequence, while the 10-response free allowance makes the free tier a limited way to handle ongoing response volume.
Conditional logic is a central strength: forms can show or hide blocks, navigate paths, set required states and choose endings. Forms can be shared by link or embedded inline, full-page, as a popup, slider, popover or side-tab. Responses can be reviewed in reports and exported as JSON or CSV, or sent to services including Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier, Slack and Mailchimp. API operations, API keys and webhooks also give teams ways to connect forms to their own workflows. This breadth fits teams with varied collection and embedding needs, though may be more than a simple one-page form requires.
