Its offerings cover student, business and Windows packages, with domain registration, email accounts, databases, control panels and website migration assistance. WordPress, Joomla and Drupal hosting are supported, alongside PHP, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL capabilities. For small websites seeking low-cost hosting, the service is more relevant than its placement in a VPS Hosting directory suggests.
Pricing is structured around three annual plans. Student Website Combo costs INR 999 per year and includes 500 MB web space, 10 GB bandwidth, 10 email accounts, 2 subdomains and 2 MySQL databases. It requires a valid student ID. Business SZ-1 costs INR 1299 per year and provides 1 GB disk space, 5 GB bandwidth, 10 email IDs, single-domain hosting, 5 subdomains and unlimited MySQL databases. Windows WX DU costs INR 999 per year and includes 1000 MB disk space, 10 GB bandwidth, unlimited email IDs, 2 subdomains, unlimited databases, ASP.NET and SQL support. The published plans also list cPanel for Linux hosting and Website Panel for Windows hosting.
The strongest functional feature is the combination of Softaculous with more than 250 application scripts, plus support for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Magento. Email access through POP3, IMAP and SMTP, free website migration for cPanel sites, and separate backup services add practical website-management options. However, these are shared-hosting packages rather than VPS plans, and the student package does not include backup by default. Choose Online Trouble Shooters for a small personal, student or business website that needs inexpensive annual hosting and standard control-panel tools. Choose a dedicated VPS provider when virtual server resources, VPS administration or category-specific infrastructure are the priority.
